Best R&B and Pop Albums of the Last Decade

The 90's had Lauryn Hill. Mary J. Blige. Monica. I think even Brandy delivered a near classic record. I can name countless albums by both male and female artists (from the 90's) that are considered "classic" albums today. So let's fast forward to the new millennium: what albums, that have been released in the last ten years or so, do you consider classics? Ten years from today, what albums will be remembered and cherished from the 2000's as "timeless" or damn near masterpieces? These albums quickly come to mind:
