Janice Dickinson is a Hot Drunk Mess

Janice Dickinson appeared on an episode of Finland's Next Top Model & instead of coaching and guiding the girls like she was supposed to, she winds up getting drunk, cursing them out & falling down a flight of stairs. Classic Janice.

Eminem on 106 & Park

Eminem was on 106 & Park recently to promote his new #1 album (600,000 copies sold first week), Relapse. In the interview, he opens up about his drug addiction, rehab & talks about his relationship with his mother.

Congratulations to Em on his #1 album. To be honest, I haven't even really heard it yet? What do you guys think of Eminem's new album?

Keri Hilson Gets Freaky on Stage

Damn, girl was getting it. She sure isn't afraid to get dirty. I wonder if she can actually dance? Mhm...

I love her song Slow Dance. Her album has grown on me a tad-bit. I still think her unreleased tracks are better than most of the shit on her album.

Lady Gaga Covers "Rollingstone" Magazine (June '09)

Whoa.

That's all I can really say about that. The cover was shot by one of my favorite photographers (tisk tisk), David LaChapelle.

Check out some behind the scenes footage of the shoot:

Lady Gaga Talks Sex & Men

I wasn't sure if she was being sarcastic or if she was just tipsy as fuck. Either way, the girl made me laugh. She isn't the sharpest tool in the box, that's for damn sure.

The Real World: Cancun Trailer

This looks really good. I hate how they cast the same stereotypes over & over again each season, but who am I kidding? I'm a sucker for MTV & VH1 reality shows, I can't help myself. You'd think people would be tired of these type of shows by now (this is going to be the Real World's 22nd season), but the ratings prove otherwise. The Real World: Cancun premieres June 24th on MTV.

Ginuwine to Release New Album "A Man's Thoughts"

Ginuwine will be releasing his first album since 2005's Back II Da Basics on June 23rd. The first single, Last Chance, has been out since March and has been receiving a decent amount of spins on R&B stations.

Ginuwine ain't what he used to be. Do you remember when he used to make videos like this? Or this? Ugh. I always thought he was more talented than his peers but was never as successful (Usher & more recently Justin Timberlake). His first two albums were near classics and unfortunately, I don't think Ginuwine is ever going to be able to match the success and/or quality of his earlier work.

As for his new single, I ain't really feeling it. Last Chance sounds like it belongs in in a 90's compilation, with it's dated production and corny ass lyrics. Hopefully the album contains better material but I'm not holding my breath.
Ginuwine's new album A Man's Thoughts features production by Timbaland (one track from what I hear), Polow Da Don and The Underdogs among others & is scheduled for release on June 23rd. Check out the official tracklisting below:

1. Interlude
2. Show Off
3. Trouble feat. Bun B
4. Last Chance
5. Interlude
6. One Time For Love
7. Open the Door
8. Get Involved feat. Timbaland & Missy Elliott
9. Orchestra
10. Touch Me
11. Lying to Each Other
12. Even When I'm Mad
13. Bridge to Love feat. Brandy
14. Used to Be the One
15. Show Me the Way

I leave you with some behind the scenes footage of Ginuwine shooting his next two videos, Touch and Trouble.

Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" Video

The video was directed by the fabolous Jonas Akerlund, who's directed videos for P!nk ("Sober") and Christina Aguilera ("Beautiful"). The video is good, don't get me wrong, but I felt that Lady Gaga didn't completely pull it off. I absolutely loved the beginning of the video, as well as the ending. I love the cinematography in the video. And don't get me started on the song... it's probably my favorite Lady Gaga song to date! I think it's pop perfection. That being said, while I can't say I'm disappointed with the video (a la Beyonce's "Ego"), I can't help but feel that someone like (don't kill me for this) Rihanna, or my favorite singer P!nk, could've pulled this off better. Paparazzi isn't scheduled for release until the third single LoveGame peaks, which probably won't be for a few months. I think this is going to be another smash hit for her.

Jimmy Kimmel & Matthew Fox in Staring Contest

Hilarious. I love Jimmy Kimmel.

And please nobody spoil Lost for me, I have yet to watch the finale and I've been trying my best to avoid the spoilers and discussions that are all over the net.

Santo's ANTM Post (12.12)

America's Next Top Model Is... (12.2)
The winner is selected by the judges as the 12th season concludes. The three remaining ladies are reduced to two after the trio shoot a cosmetics commercial. The two remaining contestants walk and crawl down the final runway to determine the top model.

[Part 1] [Part 2] [Part 3] [Part 4] [Part 5]

And the winner of America's Next Top Model is...

Allison was runner up:

And my girl Aminat, finished third place:

I saw this coming a mile away. Not that I'm disappointed, because she's actually a good model (Teyona). I mean, look at her some of her body of work:

I was just underwhelmed with the season as a whole. I think America's Next Top Model has run it's course and it's time for it to end. I was really rooting for Aminat the entire season but she wasn't ready yet. Anyhow, congratulations to Teyona, she deserved it.

Tyra Show: Is Gay the New Black?

Shit like this is hard for me to watch because the ignorance coming out of those people's mouth is so bliss, it saddens me. What are your thoughts on this video? Tyra should've had me on that panel, I would've showed them!

In related news, the New York State Assembly passed a bill yesterday to legalize same-sex marriage! The bill still faces a tough battle in the state Senate, where it would be decided whether or not gay marriages would be legalized in the state. This is shocking news to me, I'm just like, wow. As a New Yorker, I'm hopeful that this will go through. It's about time! If passed, New York would join Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, Iowa and as of a few weeks ago, New Hampshire.

This takes one step closer to equality.

Santo's ANTM Post (12.11)

Take Me To The Jungle (12.11)
Tyra directs a jungle-themed photo shoot that requires the final four models to resemble exotic birds. At panel, one contestant is eliminated.

[Part 1] [Part 2] [Part 3] [Part 4] [Part 5] [Part 6]

For this week's shoot, the girls were asked to pose like birds. I mean it's obvious that they're running out of ideas, given that there's a new cycle every few months. Surprisingly, the photos were pretty good.

Allison [CALLED FIRST]

She definitely delivered the best picture this week. She's grown tremendously as a model and she's just incredibly photogenic. I'm impressed! That being said, if she makes it to the final two, I don't think she's going to win considering how bad of a walker she is. But we shall see.

Teyona

I think her facial expression in this photo is flawless. She knows how to pose incredibly well. This would've been my choice for best photo but there's something off about the way her chest/back and arm looks. Mhmph.

Aminat [BOTTOM TWO]

This is probably one of Aminat's best photos. Unfortunately for her, the other girls really brought their A game this week, so to me the photo is mediocre at best. I honestly think that Aminat has the potential to be a huge supermodel, she just doesn't know it yet.

Celia [ELIMINATED]

I actually like this photo a lot. Her face looks a bit weird, but then again, you're supposed to look like a bird right? I'm surprised she got eliminated, especially since the judges seemed to love her picture. I think she'd make a fabulous stylist. Heyyyy!

Keyshia Cole Video "Trust" Featuring Monica

This song reminds me of Heaven Sent for some reason. The video is cool, a step up from her usually bland videos. I was a huge Keyshia Cole fan when she first came out. I think her debut is one of the best R&B records of the last five years. Her sophomore album was good but she dropped the ball with her last one. I'm all for evolving and trying new things but I just couldn't get into A Different Me. That being said, the song is cute and I hope it's a hit for her.

Teairra Marie's "Cause a Scene" Video

The video is not bad! The song is rather generic & not as catchy as it should be, but if she plays her cards right, this can be a decent hit for her. That and the fact that Flo-rida is on fire right now. Teairra better get it!

Lemoj Studios

I've been extremely busy with finals, work & all that good stuff, that's why I haven't been updating as frequently. But that will all be over with by this weekend (thank God) so don't fret!

Anyhow, I just want to point my fellow readers to MY new photography blog, which features my work. Let me know what you guys think!

Eminem's "3 AM" Video

The video is insane (as is Eminem). Wow.

Santo's ANTM Post (12.9 & 12.10)

The Amazing Model Race (12.9)
The contestants reach their exotic overseas location and they have to pose and portray famous
cultural figures during a photo shoot.

[Part 1] [Part 2] [Part 3] [Part 4] [Part 5]

Allison [CALLED FIRST]

This picture is beautiful. I love her pose, her look, the setting... everything! She's stepping her game up & I can't believe how incredibly photogenic she is. Now, if only she could improve that horrible walk of hers.

Teyona

I love this photo almost as much as Allison's, but what fucked it up a little bit for me was the clothes. Her pose is really good and it definitely looks like something you'd seen in an editorial. I just don't like what she's wearing but that's not her fault. Nonetheless, very good photo.

Fo

She's extremely commercial. I can't see her doing high fashion. She's also really short, and her walk is not that great. That being said, for what it's worth, the picture is cute and she has a bubbly personality.

Celia

The girl can model, but I just think looks too old. I'm not really a fan of hers, she has the same facial expression in every picture. It's an average photo.

Aminat [BOTTOM TWO]

This is one of the best pictures Aminat has taken, which is disappointing to say the least. The girl has it in her, somewhere, I know she does. She just can't seem to get it together.

Natalie [ELIMINATED]

The picture is not really all that bad, it's just that out of the remaining girls, she was the one who had to go. I never really liked Natalie anyways and I don't really see her having a (lasting) career in the modeling industry.

PHOTOGRAPHY BY DANIEL KLAJMIC

This season has been a disappointment. Whatever happened to the extremely talented girls like Anya, Katarzyna, Fatima, Nik or even Jade (and these are all non-winners I just mentioned)? With the exception of Teyona (and occasionally Allison), there hasn't been anyone to really rave about.

Let's Go See the City (12.10)
The final five contestants go throughout the city to five different designers to make an
impression.

[Part 1] [Part 2] [Part 3] [Part 4] [Part 5]

Teyona [CALLED FIRST]

Stunning. I'm convinced she's the winner. The girl can model her ass off.

Aminat

I love this photo. Get it Aminat, about time! Yea, it wasn't the best out of the bunch and she definitely could have posed a bit better, but I really like the photo. This girl has a lot of potential, I tell ya.

Allison

The judges really seemed to like this picture, and while I think it's different for shy little Allison, I don't think it was worth all the rave. Her pose is really good but her facial expression ruins the shot for me.

Celia [BOTTOM TWO]

This picture is really not that bad, it just didn't measure up against the other model's pictures. That being said, I don't care if she goes home at this point. Blah.

Fo [ELIMINATED]

Whoa. This photo is bad. Like yikes, bad. Her elimination was justified and it was definitely her time to go.
