Kelly Rowland Can Sing... When She Wants To

Kelly Rowland has got to be the most inconsistent female vocalist in the music business. She never sounds as good as she can. I remember watching her perform Destiny's Child's "Gospel Medley" on BET a couple of years ago. Not only did she sound amazing but she blew Beyonce out of the water. Shit, who would've known?



But I'm not a fan of Kelly Rowland: the solo artist. She doesn't seem to have the hunger her competitors have. She doesn't have the "IT" quality. Not to mention, her albums have all underperformed (or flopped) and her material just isn't all that great, which is a shame because the girl can actually sing. Of course her management is to blame for the lack of promotion and whatnot but Kelly Rowland has gone through this shit time and time again and she's still there. Why? Can you imagine how big Kelly Rowland would if she had a good management team? Leave Matthew Knowles? Yea right. Wishful thinking. That will never happen.

Apparently a re-release is in the works and she's working with the producer of the moment, Danja (Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake). I've pretty much given up all hope on the girl but hey... you never know.
