Rihanna To Release "Breakin Dishes" As 8th And Final Single

According to All Access (which is as reliable as you can get), Rihanna's Breakin Dishes will go for adds on October 7th. That would make Breakin Dishes Rihanna's 8th single off her album Good Girl Gone Bad. Jesus Christ, I cannot remember the last time an artist released so many singles off one album. I guess that the success of Take A Bow and Disturbia have prompted Rihanna's label to go ahead and release the fan favorite Breakin Dishes as a single. This is probably my favorite Rihanna song, period. I can't help but think though, for an artist to have released so many smash hits off one album and to have only sold a little over 1.5 million copies, is a problem. Why aren't these smash hits translating into album sales? But then again her songs always sell extremely well on iTunes which in a way makes up for her lack of album sales. No word yet on whether or not she will be shooting a video for the single.
